PRS / BUSINESS TOOLS + SAAS IN DEVELOPMENT

Test ideas.
Check assumptions.

Keep people in the decision.

We are developing tools and SaaS for business: The Works, Flux Engine, SenseField, Upstream, Speaker CAT, Prime Intelligence and Business Engine. Our aim is to make decisions better informed, simplify everyday work and automate routine tasks. From ideas and sketches to prototypes and delivery, we are exploring how specialist AI agents can bring questions, expertise and potential design impacts into view earlier. These are prototypes and development directions. We review the output. Real people, specialist advice and live testing are needed before acting on it.

FROM SPATIAL DESIGN TO DIGITAL TOOLS

Start with people.
Then build the tool.

At LTI, we designed spaces for teams to meet, demonstrate their work and host clients. Our digital prototypes start with the same questions: who needs to use this, what are they trying to do and what should we test?

AI / WORKING PROTOTYPES

Working prototypes.
Ready for testing.

SenseField reviews selected sources. Flux Engine shows simulated movement over manually built layouts. The wider connected system is a development direction. These tools complement a designer’s lived experience, curiosity and judgement; real people remain essential to testing the work.

One deliberate stop. A project-management module was explored, then set aside where existing platforms were stronger. Not every problem needs another system.

SENSEFIELD / EARLY ADVISORY

What might the brief be missing?

SenseField is a working prototype that clients have used to support business decisions. It uses selected sources to compare perspectives and identify questions to check with the people affected.

Useful for early challenge and viability. Not a substitute for real people, consultation or accountability.

FLUX ENGINE / PEOPLE FLOW

See how a place may work for different people before the layout is fixed.

Flux Engine places modelled personas, each with different needs and triggers, into proposed retail spaces, retail parks and shopping centres. Their simulated routes help a team examine congestion, access, dwell and competing needs early.

Triggers can include mobility, fatigue, stress, purpose and environmental conditions. This is a design-testing aid, not a prediction of individual behaviour.

Different persona needs can be tested against the same place.

FLUX ENGINE / IN DEVELOPMENT

A proposed layout.
Simulated movement.

Flux Engine explores whether modelled agents can help a design team question waiting, hesitation, congestion and exclusion before expensive changes are made. It makes a hypothesis visible; it does not turn that hypothesis into fact.

Current status: a prototype that runs in a browser. It is not yet a validated predictive model.

WORKING NOW

Build and question.

  • Build your own shapes over a plan underlay
  • Visible agent trails and rerunnable scenarios
  • Adjustable persona settings
  • Change settings and rerun a scenario
BOUNDARIES / STILL TO VALIDATE

Evidence comes next.

  • CAD/BIM ingestion is not reliable enough to show as working
  • Model logic and assumptions need live testing
  • Outputs need observation, feedback and human review
  • Predictive accuracy and enterprise readiness are not proven

We work with programmers and designers. A production system needs additional engineering, security, data management and support.
