This page explains the limited information collected when you request a project checklist, open the complete portfolio, contact Phil or allow first-party website measurement.
The sentence entered on the homepage remains in your browser unless you deliberately request the printable project checklist. That request sends the sentence and your work email to Phil. LinkedIn and permission for one later, relevant contact are separate optional choices. Checklist and portfolio-access forms use FormSubmit to deliver your submitted details to Phil. The printable checklist contains preset guidance, not a bespoke assessment.
A request for confidential material asks for your name, work email, role, company details and address, country, purpose and electronic signature. The request and agreement record includes the time, IP address and browser information. Phil reviews requests before issuing access. You can make an ordinary enquiry through the contact page without signing the research NDA.
Private project requests record your name, work email, organisation, reason for viewing and request time. Phil reviews the request and sends an approved code to your work address. Codes are stored as hashes, are limited to one project and expire. Signing in sets an essential, secure session cookie for up to 24 hours; access is checked again when original files are requested and can be revoked by Phil. Short-lived, hashed request counters limit repeated access attempts. Access requests do not subscribe you to marketing.
If you allow measurement, the site records the page viewed, date and time, dwell time, broad country, referring website, language, time zone, screen size and route choices.
It does not record keystrokes, typed problem content, precise GPS location, clipboard behaviour or activity on other websites.
You can reject optional measurement and continue using the site. A device-local preference remembers that choice. Use the Privacy control at the edge of any page to change it later.
